Library
The Library page is a resource page that holds tutorials, documents and eCards.
Click the Resources button to view all documents.
Click the eCards button to send an eCard to friends and family.
Click the Help button to view help tutorials.
Groups
The Groups page houses all of the information pertaining to the groups you are in.
Select your group using this dropdown menu.
Click the Discussion button to view all the discussions pertaining to your group.
Click the People button to see the names and profile pictures of the people in your group.
If your group administrator has posted group information, it will display here. Click the Information button to view it.
Courses
Your Course page is where you’ll access learning and cohort information. Use the left menu bar to view your courses, then the My Lesson area for specific lessons. You can archive courses that you’ve completed or want to move out of your active workspace. You can view your cohort and participate in cohort and lesson discussions.
The courses are grouped by series. Click on the course you want to view and the lessons will appear to the right.
Click on the lesson you want to view to start that lesson.
If you have finished with a course, you can archive it, which removes it from your active lessons and puts it under the archived menu entry. To archive the course, click this link. It will then be stored in the Archived section of the menu.
This section shows a visual report of the cohort selected. Click My Reports to access more detailed information.
This section houses all discussions pertaining to the course you are viewing. Click Cohort Discussions to view all of the discussions.
This section houses bookmarks for the course you are viewing. Click Bookmarks to view all the bookmarks for the course.
Click the People button to see the names and profile pictures of the people in your cohort.
Use the In Progress button to see which lessons you haven't finished or haven't started. Use the All button to see all the lessons in the course.
My Info
This screen contains all the data that is related to you in the system.
Click on the menu to close and open the menu. This side menu contains links to the other information pages.
Click the My Picture link to upload your profile picture.
Click this button to view all your journal entries.
Click here to view your reports. Click on the dropdown menu next to the button to see a quick report for a course.
Click this button to view or print certificates of completion.
You can now earn badges for completing actions in the system. This area shows the badges you have earned. Click the View All link to see a list of all badges available.
We would like to take a few moments to walk you through our system. You will see this tutorial on all the main pages as you visit them for the first time. Click the button below to begin or the X to close the tour.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the central navigation page. It holds clickable buttons to more detailed information.
Click this button to resume where you left off in your lesson.
Select a course and view a snapshot of your progress. Click Go to My Reports to access more detailed information.
Your last saved bookmark will display here. Click the Bookmarks button to view all bookmarks.
The my tools section holds all of your journal entries. Click the My Tools button to view your journal.
This box shows a new badge you haven't earned. Click the Badges button to see the badges earned for various accomplishments.
The communication area houses your notifications and discussions. Click on a tab to visit specific communication.
Hover over your name and help options will display. Click on your name to edit your profile information.
If you have been given a code, click this link to bring up the redeem code box. To join a group, enter your access code. To enroll in a class, enter a coupon code.
If you ever need additional help for a screen, click the blue question mark at the top right of the page. This will take you to the library of tutorials and resources.
Learning Tools
This page holds your learning notes and other leadership tools.
Tools Buttons
Click a button to access that tool.
Learning Notes
Here you will see all your saved Learning Notes, whether you created them during an online lesson or from this page.
Coaching
Here you can see a list of Leadership Consultants to contact if you have questions about content.
Search
To find something in your Learning Notes, type a word or phrase in the Topic field and click Search. You will then see your Learning Notes that include that word or phrase.
New Entry
To create and save a new Learning Note, click the New Entry button.
If you ever need additional help for a screen, click the blue question mark at the top right of the page. This will take you to the library of tutorials and resources.
Select your company using this dropdown menu.
Select the cohort you want to work with using this dropdown menu.
Click Reports to access your cohort reports.
Click Manage to unlock accounts, reset passwords and resend login information.
Click Discussions to post company or cohort discussions.
